Haley Foster is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use prevention, and community engagement. She has worked extensively with schools, public health agencies, and community organizations to develop prevention programs, support youth and families, and strengthen community partnerships. Haley currently serves as the Community Engagement Advocate for Aurora Public Schools, where she coordinates Aurora Partners for Thriving Youth (APTY), a community coalition focused on reducing youth substance use through education, prevention, youth leadership, and community collaboration. Her background includes coalition leadership, grant management, training and facilitation, and developing school and community-based prevention strategies.
